A church planter and church-planting trainer, Charlie has sent out numerous pastors, leaders, and church planters from his own congregation.
Known as a “pastor’s pastor,” Charlie helps church leaders develop themselves and others.
Charlie has served on the boards of multiple churches, nonprofits, and international NGOs.
He has also been a sought-after conference speaker, addressing crowds from the Seoul Olympic Stadium to cathedrals in the UK, tin-roof gatherings in Central America, and churches across the United States.
While much of his ministry has been within charismatic streams, he has coached and mentored pastors from many denominations. Charlie loves the whole Church—and is passionate about helping its leaders fulfill their calling.
