Charlie has walked the church planting journey firsthand. After leading a “turnaround” church, he and his wife Carolyn planted a new church together. It became a sending church, training and releasing others into full-time ministry and church planting. Over the years, Charlie has coached many church planters, equipping them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
